2020 COA Open Fundraising Competition

Wave breaking news! After re-calculating the online donations, as well as the donations that arrived directly at the office, the contest was actually a tie and has two winners!

Congratulations to Eugene Juryn and Eamon Griffin!

Eamon is a sophomore in high school and raised funds through car washes, babysitting and soccer refereeing. Congratulations, Eamon!

Eugene is a valued employee of Bayshore Recycling Corp and his colleagues were pleased to donate to his team! Congratulations, Eugene!

Thank you to all who participated in Clean Ocean Action's 2020 fundraising competition for a chance to win a custom, hand-shaped surfboard crafted by Tom Eadon of TE Shapes! It was inspiring to see such a high level of participation and competition! The funds raised will help support COA's important work of ocean protection to ensure healthy water for marine life to thrive in and people to enjoy!

All participants in the contest are true-blue friends of the ocean and COA sends waves of thanks to each of you for your support!  We hope to see you all at the 2020 Surf Open.

Special thanks to shaper Tom Eadon for his generosity!

Contest ended at 11:59pm on October 9, 2020. Any funds donated after that will be much appreciated but will not count toward the contest. Please note, some donations have been sent directly to COA's office and will be added to the amounts shown online.

Thank you for your donations to protect the ocean we all love!
