Cultural Leadership is an award-winning youth leadership organization that trains middle and high school students to become the next generation of leaders in social justice, diversity, equity and inclusion. Now could not be a more crucial time for youth activism in our country. We need leaders who understand individuals with other points of view and stand up for each other. Since inception, Cultural Leadership has trained over 350 young people to have the skills and confidence to Stand Up, Speak out and Take Action. We have three programs in place to train St. Louis youth: our flagship yearlong High School Leadership Program, a three-week Camp Cultural Leadership for middle school students, and a Social Justice Internship Program for college-aged alumni. The Race to End Racism serves to raise funds for scholarships as well as to assure the diversity of Cultural Leadership's participants.
