2019 Polar Plunge for Catholic Education

$50,716 of $30,000 goal
100% Complete

Jan 27 2019 . Sea Bright Beach, Sea Bright, NJ 07760, USA

Every year, students, teachers, parents, alumni and friends of Saint Mary School jump in the icy cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean in January to raise money to make improvement to our school. In past years, the money raised has help to outfit the middle school with iPads, upgrade wifi in every classroom, install air conditioning and most recently helped to complete the new science lab at the Elementary School!

This year funds will be used to help create an Information Commons for use by all grades!  The Information Commons will serve as a 21st mix between a library, media center and computer lab.  A place where students of all ages will interact with different types of media to create objects that support their learning throughout the curriculum, conduct research and use various technologies to dive deeper into their studies.

Your support of this event makes all of these improvements possible and continues the academic excellence at Saint Mary School!  Join us at the Seabright Municipal Beach on January 27, 2019 - Plunge Time is 2pm!!!
