About
A Fun Run for Charity...in Your Skivvies

Atlanta Santa Speedo Run presented by Sweet Peach Wax & Sugaring Studio,  is a 1-mile fun run through Atlanta in December where runners strip down to their Speedos (or costume of choice) in the name of charity. Sound like a jolly good time? It is! Through individual and team fundraising efforts, this more-nice-than-naughty fundraising event benefits nonprofit organization Bert’s Big Adventure. We hope to see you on December 14th at Pour Taproom. Festivities start at noon, and the run will begin at 2 p.m.!

The Cause:

Established in 2002 by Bert Weiss, host of nationally syndicated morning radio show The Bert Show, Bert’s Big Adventure is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, 5-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families.

Following the annual trip, Bert’s Big Adventure provides year-round support through initiatives such as the Reunion Adventures, the Fairy Godparent volunteer program and additional charitable services. The trip and programs create a community of families that establish lasting friendships with others facing similar challenges.
