The Rwanda International Youth Invasion Crusade is now scheduled To Begin August 5th YIC 2018 “DARE TO BE DIFFERENT”
Sent One's International Ministriesis hosting our 3rd International YIC & Missionary Outreach Training in Kigali Rwanda August 5th-19th. We will be connecting Youth Leaders from USA, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa with the Youth in Rwanda.
The YIC Mission “Equipping this Generation to Advance the Kingdom of God & Transform the Nations”
The Purpose is to come together as one Church united in the purpose of changing their generation by sharing the Gospel of the Kingdom and seeing Nations Transformed. We equip and train them to be effective ministers in their homes, schools, communities, cities and nations for God.
This third year is especially exciting because we have two of our speakers are Rwandan Youth Leaders and they’re testimonies are the fruit of the YIC and what the lord has done in the previous YIC Crusades. They are ministering and making Disciples in their churches, neighborhoods and helping to change their generation. It is not l just an annual crusade, God is working in and through the youth all year long and it they are creating a movement in their nations.
The week of August 5th our focus will be the nightly Crusade and the daily workshops for 200 youth this number has doubled from the previous crusades. All of the guest speakers during the YIC are youth leaders and they are travelling from other nations to Rwanda to provide leadership as part of this year’s YIC. Our YIC is unique we don’t have any headliners or popular speakers and every part of the YIC events, activities, outreach, worship, ministry is planned and directed by the YIC Committee who are Rwandan Youth. The YIC Committee has worked together all year on multiple Rwandan outreach ministries to support the YIC Mission .
“Equipping this Generation to Advance the Kingdom of God & Transform the Nations”
The week of August 13th we will be engaging the Youth Leaders in missionary outreaches to four villages in the Eastern Province of Nyagatare and Bugesera. We will be taking the group on an outreach mission where they are able to put into action what they learned in the workshops.
The Fundraising Goal this year is $19,000.
The funds will support Four Children's Outreaches , in each of the villages it will feed and minister to 100 children. We will provide meals to 400 children, Support the nightly Crusade activities, Daily Training Workshops and curriculum costs, Daily lunches with Transportation for 200 YIC youth, Lodging and Airfare for Sent One’s Pastors Steve and Barbara Tull.
The Goal is all for the purpose of uniting the missionaries from the participating nations, churches and ministries together in Rwanda to be part of the Rwanda Youth Invasion Crusade and equipping them to transform nations.
