How your donation supports women to overcome the gender gap at the workplace?
Women of MENA In Technology nonprofit organization is launching two new programs for women and young girls:
CodeMENA launching August 2021: is a highly immersive, tuition-free program that combines remote training and a paid internship to teach our students computer science fundamentals to become software developers. CodeMENA's core values are building and contributing to a supportive community and enable MENA Women decent by creating and advocating for inclusivity all within the tech industry
NextGenUniversity launching Summer 2022: is a unique program to educate and train the next generation of MENA women to enter the tech ecosystem. Our applicants are between the ages of 17 -20 years old. These young women will spend 2 weeks at the host campus, learning and developing technical and leadership skills that aim to close the diversity and gender gap in STEM and create a pipeline for technical talent .The students will find role models and mentors in these host tech companies
