The Manhattan Childrens Center (MCC) provides world class treatment and education to children, ages five to 21, utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Our goal is to offer every child an opportunity to enjoy an improved quality of life and emerge as a functioning member of society. As each child is unique, we provide individualized instruction according to his or her developmental abilities. MCC provides a comprehensive educational approach for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), utilizing research-based interventions that are effective based on years of experience. This program’s transdisciplinary model incorporates ABA principles, and provides speech and occupational therapies, sensory integration, natural environment training, and family support. Our caring professionals focus on each student to enhance and foster his or her maximum potential. We also support our parents and families in helping them to understand the special needs of these children. Families become an equal partner with us in the educational process to help all children achieve their full potential.
