On April 15, 2013, I was working security for the marathon in Newton when we heard news about the explosions. My team and I spent the next week in total upheaval from Boston Common to Cape Cod working towards a resolution to the mess. A year later we marched the Tough Ruck route and have been doing so every year since. Happy to be back another year to crush this amazing opportunity to raise money for a great cause.
Tough Ruck 26.2 is group of military and civilians whose sole purpose is to Ruck in honor and in memory of our Fallen Service Members, Police, Firefighters and EMTs, while raising funds to support military families in times of need. We will walk a 26.2 mile certified course with our Rucks and carry the names of our Fallen comrades with us.
