I have belatedly, and perhaps foolishly, pledged to run 1000 miles in a year to raise money for Lao Friends Hospital for Children. That means running roughly 3 miles a day, every day, for a year. If you think that sounds easy, please feel free to join me... Lao Friends Hospital for Children provides free health care and health education to children in Luang Prabang, Laos, treating over 20,000 children a year. Having volunteered there, I've seen first-hand how incredibly hard the staff and volunteers work and it'd be great to raise some money to ensure the hospital can continue to provide vital care to children in Laos. Please go to https://fwab.org/laos/ to find out more about the hospital... and then return to this page and donate!
