The Leukemia Research Foundation is an organization I care a lot about and, as a result, am going to participate in a charity event in which we attempt to play 100 holes of golf in one day in the effort to raise money for this foundation.
For more context around the event, we'll be going out at Crystal Lake CC in a shotgun start at 7am. We'll then target playing 9 holes about ever 45 minutes all day until we either get to 100 holes or they make us leave!
Due to COVID, this year each participant is able to pick the charity of their choice and fundraise for that charity specifically.
If you'd like to learn more about why I care so much about this foundation, happy to share in more detail.
