The Story

EVENT DATE: Mar 08, 2014

Red rock buttes, sandstone cliffs, the Colorado River Corridor, Dead Horse Point State Park and Arches National Park play host to this world class fully supported road cycling tour. Choose the Weekender (Sat/Sun) or the Full Festival (four days). This event is a fundraiser for cancer survivorship and research programs. Ask us how your community can benefit.

Channeling the energy riding through the grandeur of Moab's canyon country is bound to inspire. For most riders, cycling is more than just a release; it can help define a deeper sense of purpose. To add to that purpose, the Skinny Tire Festival was created. It is an annual fundraiser to benefit cancer survivorship programs. Write a check, seek out sponsors and fight cancer.

The Skinny Tire Festival is a weekend filled with Banff Mountain Film Festival (exhilirating athletic short films), Cowboy Dinner, Top Fundraiser Prizes, Silent Auction, Event Expo with High End Bike Demos, Live Music, Fabulous Food, Optional Non-Road Cycling Activities, and more.
