MARK I (MI) UFSC Emerging Leaders Programis targeted to high school and college students focused on business and entrepreneurship. During MARK I, participants are immersed in a highly competitive learning environment with other students from around the country. Participants are taught by business professionals from a variety of disciplines interested in helping young people learn about business. In the end, the experience brings out the very best in the students. Participants become better equipped for educational and professional success.
During the 5 day program, MARK I Participants learn:
- Working under pressure
- Community service
- Presentation skills
- Legal, marketing and financial aspects of business
- Financial Literacy
- Character building and life skills
- Leadership skills
- Benefits of physical fitness
The ultimate goal of the Mark I Emerging leaders program is to motivate participants to consider a career in the future financial service industry. MARK I accomplishes this goal by engaging students in an experience based training program to demonstrate practical business and character building skills.
Contributions to the MARK I Emerging Leaders funds the following:
- Scholarship Awards to the Winning Team
- Meals for the Students from underserved
- Air Travel for Students from underserved
- Supplies for the students
- Activities for the students
No contribution is too small.
