A very sad day indeed.... So I woke up this morning with my 2 amazing dogs Margo and Gunther, they were so excited to see me as always in the morning (mostly cause they know its time for breakfast). So I started the usual ritual of getting out of bed dressing and going to the bathroom. When I was done they had already headed upstairs for their food. But to my surprise as I went up a few minutes later I found my baby girl laying on the stairs a few steps from the top. I thought she just wasn't fully awake yet so I lifted her up and got her to the top and that's when my horror began. I saw her rear left leg just dangling as she went to my brothers room. When I got to her I found that her leg was broken. We got her to vet and were told they may be able to pin her bones but more then likely she will need to have the leg amputated. As pet owners I'm sure there was a time you felt it isn't fair that our loved pets have to be prepaid before a Vet well do any major surgery. This is unfair in my eyes. It's not like she went in for a physical this was an emergency. Margo has been coming along so beautifully after adopting her and coming out of her shell. (playing with other dogs and running with them). I now need to come up with $3900 before the Animal Hospital will proceed with her operation. Unfortunately, I have been out of work for over a year and a half do an injury to my foot. I have used up all my savings. So I hope I can raise this money to get my sweet girl back to a normal life. Please help me give her the chance to run with her friends again. Thank you for any donation.
