Tour de Streets an annual family-friendly event that supports LivableStreets Alliance.Choose between an urban bike ride, a kid-friendly route and a walk highlighting the Emerald Network. Then celebrate with a BBQ lunch, music and games.

For more than a decade LivableStreets has been rethinking urban transportation in Metro Boston. We believe streets should be designed to accommodate all people and provide safe, convenient, and affordable transportation options-- making our community more connected and livable for everyone.

In 2010 and 2011, the Zeeb family organized The Ride 4 Bob Zeeb to celebrate the life and spirit of Robert Zeeb, who passed away as a result of a crash while he was riding his bike. LivableStreets and the Zeeb family have built off the success of the Ride 4 Bob Zeeb to launch Tour de Streets. It’s a ride in memory of loved ones, to encourage lifelong riding and to support more livable streets.

Since 2010 Tour de Streets has grown into one of our most popular event, attracting more than 180 participants in 2015 including avid cyclists, families with small children and everyone in between.
