Thank you for your interest in my commitment to support, raise money and awareness for this organization that has made such a positive impact on my life and wellness plan for the past 14 months. Thank you ClimbCorps! I am committed to climb stairs at my very favorite venue, Fenway Park on Saturday, June 7, 2014. Heart disease is a slient killer, and especially for us folks who work in an office sedentary setting all day. It is so important to get that cardio exercise in and the simple ccncept of climbing stairs provides the most amazing burst of mental high as well as the physical conditioning that our hearts so need.
