The Kelly pantry was founded in 1999 in the basement of Trinity First United Methodist Church by volunteers who felt hunger in El Paso should be unaceptable.  The pantry is a partner agency of the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank. Every month as part of our mission we give out approximately 2,500 food boxes of nutritious food to residents of El Paso County, Texas. Run through donations and available grants, we continue to keep our doors open thanks to the dedication of our volunteers and community members supporting us. Currently, Kelly is one of the Mega Pantry distribution centers across the city helping El Pasoans during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Kelly is currently distributing between 650 to 1,000 food boxes per day.
