My name is Joshua Smith and I’m 28 years old. As far as where I’m from, I like to say “Brooklyn born, Singapore Raised!” Growing up a military brat I found home in places very different than the Big Apple, but I eventually found my way back to my birth city for studies. I graduated from Pace University in Downtown Manhattan with my BBA in 2013. Shortly after, I pursued my passion for real estate. Currently living and working in Manhattan. I have always had a passion for the science and philosophy behind the fighting sports. Introduced through the films starring the best ever, Bruce Lee, I always hoped to learn and practice a discipline in the sport of combat. In 2016, I got a itch to pick up a hobby to challenge myself physically and mentally. Boxing was there to satisfy this.
Fighters4Life will be my first ever experience in the ring, and marks a major milestone in my life. What makes this even more rewarding for me is that I can be apart of an event that will help provide resources for people going through a number of life challenges outside of the ring. I hope my efforts to prepare my mind and body for such an event will not only produce a great time for spectators, but also symbolize that in life we all must fight, fight to be a better person each day, fight to help make someone’s else’s life better, and fight to live the most fulfilling life you desire! #LETSGOCHAMPS!!
