This year, I'll be hiking in memory of my Uncle Tommy, in tribute to all the amazing caregivers out there (especially Kristina's mom!), and in honor of all the families I worked with at the Alzheimer's Association.
We started this 48 Peaks event from scratch in 2015. Since then, we've mobilized hundreds of hikers, climbed 100+ mountains, and raised $200K+ to fight Alzheimer's.
In addition to the dollars raised, this event is a reminder that Alzheimer's can't break our spirits. With 40+ teams coming together, we climb all 48 of NH's 4,000 footers in a single weekend. With passion like that, it's only a matter of time before we beat this disease!
Thanks for all the support, everybody! Really excited to see what we can do this year!
