The Jack McGovern Coats' Disease Foundation raises funds for research to find a cure for Coats' Disease which is a rare eye disorder in which the blood vessels behind the retina to leak fluids and can cause loss of vision or even the loss of an eye. It primarily impacts children. Jack McGovern was diagnosed with Coats' Disease when he was 11 and lost vision in his left eye yet became a successful student athlete playing lacrosse at the Division 1 level throughout his college career. Run with Jack to raise funds for a cure!
