Temecula Valley Hospital planted an oak tree in Leah's honor.
February 25, 2017
BENEFITING: American Red Cross
As a nurse, Leah dedicated her life to caring for others. She was an Angel here on earth. Her bright smile and joyful personality lit up the room. She had the perfect life and everything was going as planned, married to her high school sweetheart Kevin, just bought their first home, ready to start their family... until a teenager under the influence, speeding in the pouring rain, ran a red light crashing into Leah's car, taking her life instantly. We will never be the same without you, Leah.
Leah was an organ donor and gave blood as often as allowed because she had the universal blood type and her desire was to help people. Her family desires to continue her efforts with a first annual blood drive in her memory to be held on her birthday, April 2, 2017, at Temecula Valley Hospital.
