The Illinois Association of School Business Officials has been devoted to the school business management profession of k-12 administrators for the past 65 years. Our mission is to provide our members and stakeholders with a comprehensive range of professional development activities, services and advocacy through networking and participation.
We work to develop school business professionals who are visionary educational leaders and foster strong alliances among educational organizations across the state of Illinois. Illinois ASBO provides various networking opportunities for School Business Officials and Service Associates to improve connections and enhance school districts. The betterment of educational environments is our top priority and we are here to help you meet the goals of your school district.
The Illinois ASBO Foundation was created to elevate the status of the profession of school business administration, to enhance the visibility of the value a school business manager brings to a school district, to provide college scholarships or support the foundations or school district initiatives of award recipients and to provide financial grants to community services, policy and research initiatives or charitable organizations that serve children.
An investment in the Foundation, whether through a donation or participation in other Foundation initiatives, is really an investment in the school profession — one that ultimately benefits our children.
