EVENT DATE: Sep 25, 2016
The Hudson Valley Community Walk for Breast Cancer is Miles of Hope's oldest event! This year will be our 14th walk. In 2003 the Hudson Valley Community Walk for Breast Cancer was started to bring awareness to the need for breast cancer support programs in our region. The walk is a fundraiser, giant support group, and gathering for survivors, family members and caregivers. The event is located at the James Baird State Park, located off the Taconic State Parkway in Dutchess County. The walk attracts hundreds of people every fall. Every year we honor an individual who has helped us help those affected by breast cancer in the Hudson Valley. This year we are honoring Miles of Hope co-founder Dana Effron.
Get your teams ready! Oil your strollers! Update your Contacts List! There will be prizes for:
- Team with the Most Walkers
