Twenty years ago, we were successful in creating a mixed-use project that houses our Andrea Skorepa Social Services Center, but more importantly, Los Granados Senior Supportive & Shared Housing in a way that respects the community character and integrated the existing 1920's home that was on the property. The project counts on two units where 3 senior men share one house and 3 senior women share the other house. Today, Los Granados has successfully been HOME for over 35 seniors that have been able to have a roof where they otherwise would be homeless, with supportive services by Casa Familiar. 3 years ago, we were able to give the exterior a facelift - now we need your help in upgrading and replacing all of the interior furnishings for these seniors' bedrooms, living spaces and patios. HELP US MAKE IT SHINY AND NEW! ....and continue to provide decent living conditions to the most needy in our community.
