HARVARD KENNEDY SCHOOL

 MUSTACHE FUNDRAISER

October 15 - November 15, 2012

WHAT: For the next month, students at HKS will be growing a bunch of extremely handsome mustaches, while trying to raise $20,000 for local homeless shelters.  

WHY: The month of "Movember" has become a national tradition where men commit to letting their mustaches grow for an entire month while raising money for charity. The campaigns often fundraise for men's health issues, but our HKS group decided to support a more local cause — homelessness.  

We're raising money for two incredible organizations: 

• Harvard Square Homeless Shelter 
• New England Center for Homeless Veterans
