THE STORY:
This coming summer, my brother, Connor Parker, and I are planning on hiking the Tahoe Rim Trail, a 165 mile loop around Lake Tahoe. My family and close friends have seen the devastating effects of pancreatic cancer and we see this hike as an opportunity to raise money for pancreatic cancer research. The 5 year survival rate of those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer is a mere 6%. All money raised will go to the Lustgarten Foundation, a non-profit located in New York state where 100% of every donation funds the research of pancreatic cancer. Please help find the cure!
