Keep the Sierra Green is a sustainability program geared to helping businesses become more sustainable, consumers to shop more sustainably and reduce the amount of waste, green house gasses and pollutants in and around Lake Tahoe. We are passionate about where we live and want it to remain green. Just because something looks good on the outside doesn't mean it's suffering on the inside. We have many ozone violations around the lake basin, the lake is not as clear as nature intended, the amount of garbage and recycling is intense,
