"Gulliver's Run" is an annual 5k Trail Run/Walk for people and dogs, founded in 2013 and named in honor of Gulliver Rue, a Hungarian Vizsla who raced against canine lymphoma for the last 13 months of his life. All funds raised are donated to the fight against canine cancer, going to nationally recognized canine cancer research and treatment institutions.
Held each fall at beautiful Gifford Pinchot Park in central Pennsylvania, "Gulliver's Run" is a way for dog friends and families to fight back against canine cancer. "Gulliver's Run" is more than just a 5k, it is an annual celebration of the special bond between humans and dogs that has existed for over 15,000 years! The event has many special awards beyond the usual race awards and encourages people and their canine pals to gather together for a day of remembrance as well as a day of positive physical effort shared together.
Help "Gulliver's Run" carry on the battle against canine cancer by supporting their team entry in Pittsburgh on Marathon weekend 2018. All funds raised will be added to the amount raised at this year's 6th Annual "Gulliver's Run", which is November 4th, 2018. Donate $250.00 and receive a complimentary entry for "Gulliver's Run" as well as a race shirt and hat!
