Our mission is to make graceshaped disciples who make graceshaped disciples. Grace is God’s love entering into our brokenness and then transforming our lives. We then can offer this grace to others! Our desire at Grace Fellowship Church is to be a community totally shaped by this process of God’s transforming grace.
Grace Fellowship Church (GFC) is located at the physical intersection of Stormont and Illinois Streets. In the spiritual, it is located at the intersection of brokenness and hope. Jesus, by His grace, brings good news for the poor, comfort for the brokenhearted, freedom for those in bondage, joy for those trapped in grief and despair, and honor for those consumed with shame. Come experience the beauty of graceshaped community where you will be embraced, no matter what brand of brokenness you bring with you, and you will find rising hope for healing and wholeness in Jesus. By His grace, your life can turn the corner.
GFC is part of The Wesleyan Church, a Protestant, evangelical, holiness denomination with a rich heritage and a fresh vision of transforming lives, churches, and communities through the hope and holiness of Jesus Christ. We believe in one God, who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and the Savior of all who put their faith in Him alone for eternal life. We believe that those who are made new in Christ are called to be holy in character and conduct, and can only live this way by being filled with the Lord's Spirit. We believe in the Bible and its sufficiency to establish our faith and conduct. We believe God wills for people everywhere to know Him and be made new in Christ. We believe that the purpose of the Church is to worship God in spirit and in truth, and to reach a lost and fallen world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through its worship, witness, and loving deeds.
