My name is Ryan Bloch, I am 12 years old and I love to play tennis as did my Grandma Mimi. She always believed I should put my passion for playing tennis to a good cause. So I have entered the 27th Annual Calabasas Junior Tennis Open set for October 28th – 30th, 2016. The kids, in this tournament, are nationally ranked and are super good! That’s not going to stop me from playing my best, because this time I am playing for a KURE. My Mimi passed away last year from cancer and Kure It Cancer Research created the Aileen Sherman Memorial Fund in her name and honor to help raise money for cancer research. I want to carry on Mimi’s fight and help others who are still fighting. Please click on the donate button and support my efforts and the Aileen Sherman Memorial Fund, because this is a match that we all must win!
I also challenge my fellow tennis players to help raise funds for this worthy cause and in doing so you could win an autographed Roger Federer, Pro Staff Tennis racket valued at $250.
Click on the ‘Fundraise with our team’ button and follow the prompts, to set-up your personal donation page and help us serve up a Kure against cancer! All monies raised will go to The Aileen Sherman Memorial Fund and Kure It. The player who raises the most money over $100 wins the autograph tennis racquet.
So let’s all rally and get our ‘Game On For A Kure.'
