Camp Natoma is a rustic, overnight experience for youth. Campers connect with the natural world through outdoor living and hands-on nature exploration, set goals and try new things, express their creativity, develop independence, self-esteem and cooperation, and interact with positive adult mentors.
The purpose of Friends of Camp Natoma Inc. is to ensure the long-term viability and use of Camp Natoma, in Paso Robles, for youth of San Luis Obispo county, to the standards of the American Camp Association. Camp Natoma offers a co-ed program that includes swimming, hiking, archery, tomahawks, arts & crafts, drama, geocaching, animal tracking, backpacking, team building, and a teen leadership course. Week-long summer programs are provided for youth 1st-11th grades. Custom programs for local community groups.
