Goal: Lose 30lbs and/or drop to dress size 8
I used to be 130lbs and worked out 15 hours a week. Now, one husband, one house, two dogs and a full-time job later, I am 175lbs! How did this happen? Like many spiritual disciplines, I no longer thought exercise was necessary. I did realize how much exercise was essential to my health and sense of well-being. It's not that I didn't understand the value, I just started doing other things that I thought could replace exercise. Well, shocker there - they didn't!
So, when I heard that the seminary was participating in a weight loss fundraiser I instantly knew I wanted to contribute and volunteer! The seminary gives so much to students, churches and communities - I wanted to give as well.
I humbly ask for your financial and prayer support as I offer up my pounds for this wonderful organization!
