WHERE WERE YOU SLEEPING on January 9, 2014? The temperature in Waupaca, WI was a frigid 19 degrees BELOW ZERO. Waupaca had 27 HOMELESS PEOPLE many of whom SLEPT OUTSIDE with NO PLACE TO GO!!! Waupaca County has ZERO emergency shelters for people who are homeless. Foundations For Living is DOING SOMETHING to change that.
