THE STORY:
Former WBC member Grace Phelps joined forces with Planting Peace President Aaron Jackson to travel to Jamaica and bring a face and a voice to the LGBT youth living in the sewers of Kingston. Jamaica is widely known as one of the most homophobic countries in the world, and the conditions of the LGBT community there are nothing short of heartbreaking, with homelessness, physical abuse and emotional abuse a part of everyday life. In response to the impact that the trip made on Grace and Aaron and the dire need for support in Jamaica, Planting Peace asks you to join them in raising money to help provide meals to the LGBT youth in Kingston.
