Join us in our mission to get drug and alcohol addiction sufferers well.

Face It TOGETHER Bemidji is based on a successful organization first developed in Sioux Falls, SD. We're focused on engaging all sectors of the community – employers, healthcare, education and others – to change our culture and build a chronic disease care community model for addiction.

Our center helps individuals and families navigate the process of getting and staying well. This includes providing peer support services, including recovery coaching and telephone support, and working with all sectors to eliminate wellness barriers in the community. The goal is to create the community architecture to support long-term wellness around addiction.
