Our Mission

Empowering survivors of domestic violence & sexual assault through trauma-informed yoga.

Since 2013, Exhale to Inhale has provided the practice of trauma-informed yoga to over 3,000 survivors. We act as stewards for survivors who are learning coping strategies, developing resilience, and regaining the ability to make empowered life choices. Our trauma-informed approach is sensitive to the needs of a survivor and aims to help them reconnect with their ability to make decisions for themselves on and off the mat.
