Just do it! Do it for our veterans!
August 30, 2016
Walk with the Warriors’ Virtual Honor Walk is a fundraising campaign and national initiative to bring awareness to No Barriers Warriors and veterans with disabilities while honoring the events of 9/11. Join No Barriers and Walk with the Warriors in your hometown on Sunday, September 11 for our virtual Hometown Honor Walk.
No Barriers Warriors, a program of No Barriers USA, improves the lives of veterans with disabilities through curriculum-based experiences in challenging environments. All experiences are cost-free to the veteran and we need supporters like you to help us raise funds so we can continue to impact the lives of more veterans and their families.
We ask that you set aside your own time on 9/11 to walk 5-kilometers to show your support of our nation’s veterans, to walk in their footsteps and show our nation’s veterans they are not alone. Rally your friends, local walking/running groups, and walk with the No Barriers community on this day of remembrance. You can walk anytime. Anywhere!
MAKE AN DIFFERENCE
By fundraising and pledging to walk 5K on 9/11, you’ll join a community of supporters from across the United States and walk for No Barriers Warriors to honor not only veterans with disabilities but all of the brave men and women who have, or are currently, serving our country.
Rally your friends, family and colleagues to join you on this historic day. If you are not able to participate, please consider making a donation to No Barriers Warriors and help us serve more of our nation’s veterans with disabilities.
