ELA has a strong presence in the community and is an asset of immeasurable lengths to the people it touches. We've learned that people give to their passion and want to support great causes; ELA is one of those great causes.

Over the past eight years, Effective Leadership Academy has trained, developed and motivated over 13,000 students in over 95 Northeast Ohio schools and community organization settings. ELA offers innovative programming focusing on critical elements including: personal responsibility, self-empowerment, team building, understanding team dynamics, interpersonal and communication skills.

Through a variety of hands-on, engaging activities, participants take a “journey of self-discovery” providing them with essential tools for success as they move forward in life. These tools allow young people to turn their potential into performance, help them become confident, strong and successful leaders, and give them a competitive advantage in the 21st Century world in which they live.
