Chattanooga Friends is presenting Dunked for its sixth consecutive year to benefit four area non-profits. The event will be held on September 18th at Miller Plaza from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Dunked involves recruiting well-known Chattanoogans to take the plunge for a good cause. This year, Dunked benefits Siskin Children’s Institute, Northside Neighborhood House, LaPaz, and The Boys & Girls Clubs of Chattanooga.

For a $5.00 donation, participants will receive three balls to throw at the Dunkee of their choice, or for $20, they can buy unlimited throws.
Restaurants in Miller Plaza will also be open for lunch.
The event draws a great lunch crowd and has involved some of Chattanooga’s well known leaders. Past Dunkees include Pete Cooper of the Community Foundation, Miguel Morales of 1885 Grill, Brian Joyce of Talk Radio 102.3FM, and many more.
