THE STORY:

Hi Everyone,

For those who do not know, my sister was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension in 2008. She is currently taking Veletri through an infusion pump that is continuously giving her the medication. This means she has to mix medication and change the cartridge at the same time every day. She is also currently on oxygen 24 hours a day.
