BENEFITING: UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN
Meet our newest employees at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital: Denver and Anna. Beyond being adorable, Denver and Anna are special for a multitude of reasons. They come to us from Canine Assistants in Georgia, where they received rigorous training to become therapy dogs.
Their presence will bring our Little Victors comfort, affection and happiness at a time when they’re away from home and may be feeling scared or uncomfortable. And, thanks to the generous donation from the Laurence Polatsch Memorial Fund, they’re the first therapy dogs to join our Health System full-time.
As Denver and Anna settle in, we need your help to keep them healthy and happy so they can provide the best possible support for our patients! By making a donation to their virtual Doggy Shower, you are directly helping with Denver and Ana’s preventive care, food, grooming and treats.
Together, we can give our patients and families the puppy love they need to heal and recover.
