CrossFit Zen 2nd Annual Community W.O.D. Fundraiser

On Saturday, June 1st, 2013, CrossFit Zen is holding its 2nd Annual Community W.O.D. Fundraiser. The purpose of this fundraiser is to both promote the community partnership between CrossFit Zen and Da Vinci Science High School, as well as to raise funds for CrossFit Zen’s community outreach programs.
Three rounds of:
Dumbbell Thrusters, 20/15 pounds (Reps)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Sit-ups, Abmat (Reps)
Kettlebell Swings, 35/25 pounds (Reps)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to the next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.
