BENEFITING: Crohn's & Colitis Foundation
EVENT: Grandma's Marathon 2017
EVENT DATE: Jun 17, 2017
I decided to fundraiser for my second marathon, like I did for my first. I chose the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, because I wanted to honor my dear friend, college roommate, and inspiration in so many things. Amy has been battling Crohn's disease for almost 2 years now. She continues to be an example for me of joy, gratitude, and perseverance. Many of you know my daughter Nora Kathleen is named afte Amy Kathleen. I want for Amy and others to have the chance at a cure some day.
