Join us during Mental Health Awareness Month to support CHR by running a 5K along Hartford's Riverfront Park. Or, show your support by walking a fun one miler along the same route.

Start/ finish line and parking Location: 301 East River Drive, East Hartford.

Day of registration and check from: 8:00 -9:30 a.m.

5K race starts at 10:00 a.m.

1 mile fun walk starts at 10:15 a.m.

$25 for youth 17 and under, CHR employees
and clients

First 300 to register receives a free dri-fit t-shirt!!!

Food and beverages will be served before and after the race.

Additional health and kid activities will take place after the race (more information will be posted at a later date).

Prizes will be awarded to male & female runners with the best times in multiple age groups.
