The Christine M Loeber Foundation was formed in 2018 in honor of Christine Loeber, who was tragically killed at The Pathway Home in Yountville California on March 9th, 2018. Christine was the Executive Director of a program for veterans with PTSD, and on that date she along with two of her co-workers, Jennifer Golick and Jennifer Gonzales, were killed by one of their former patients, a veteran with PTSD.
The tragedy of this situation highlghts the very important need for services for our veterans, especially those with PTSD. In her career as a social worker, Christine had dedicated her life to helping others, and the Christine M Loeber Foundation's mission is to continue her work of helping others by supporting programs for veterans and the homeless, and by funding a scholarship in her name at Oliver Ames High School in North Easton, MA.
Christine was known as a bright light - a vibrant and positive person who's smile left an impression on everyone she met. She summered on the Cape for several years and also ran the Falmouth Road Race several times.

We have created a Team Loeber for the 2019 Falmouth Road Race to raise funds to support our mission. Please cheer us on to the finish line on August 18, 2019.
We are forever grateful for your support!
