Chesterfield Montessori is a not-for-profit school founded in 1981, offering authentic AMI Montessori programs for children ages 16 months- 8th grade.
Our beautiful sunlit facility is situated on five acres in the St. Louis suburb of Chesterfield, Missouri. The campus includes a large swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and a children's garden. The Adolescent students have a satellite campus as well as a seven-acre Land Lab that supports field work and scientific studies.
The mixed-age classrooms are open, inviting, well organized, and equipped with the full spectrum of materials scientifically developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. Our students come from many countries and diverse backgrounds and share the richness of their cultures with our school community. Our teachers have all completed rigorous AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) training beyond their undergraduate/master degrees. The partnership of parents, children and teachers creates a place where children and families grow and flourish.
