Calling All Angels is a 100% volunteer nonprofit committed to spreading hope to local children and their families in need. Our dedicated efforts benefit homeless children, abused and neglected children, at risk children, chronic and/or terminally ill children and their families.

The Outreach Center: Calling All Angels operates an Outreach Center which stores diapers, non-perishable food, clothing, furniture and other household items for desperate situations that require immediate assistance. Some of these items are donated; however, often times we must purchase items like diapers and mattresses which are in such high demand for children and families in need.

Hope for the Holidays Event: In December, we partner with a local banquet hall and vendors to host 1,000 children and family members from the metro Detroit area to enjoy a Holiday meal and celebration. These impoverished families are sent home with roasted turkeys along with essential items such as coats, hats and mittens, and clothes to keep them warm during winter time. Not only do the children get essential clothing, and full bellies, they also get to meet Santa and then go home with a wonderful gift!

Although, we have been successful in raising money to help fund our outreach program and Hope for the Holidays event, need for assistance from us has been growing each day. With our passionate volunteers we hope to spread more hope and serve more people in need. We will need to work even harder to raise more funds to host even more people during our Hope for the Holidays Event and especially to provide the necessary living and household items that locally impoverished children and their families need.
