Cal-IPC is the only statewide nonprofit organization fully dedicated to championing invasive plant issues. What would we do without them? As a local land manager dealing with a reserve where invasive species continually threaten our native plant diversity, I rely on Cal-IPC's many resources to manage regional invasive plants strategically and effectively. This year, Cal-IPC will be updating their invasive plant inventory, adding nearly 200 new species to the state to their online database and will be supporting important regional mapping and management initiatives. These are great accomplishments. Now is the time to give back so Cal-IPC can continue to do more!
