CCO (California Community Opportunities) is a one-of-a-kind nonprofit on a mission to renew the lives of adults with disabilities in their own homes and communities

Your support will help CCO continue to ensure that adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) have ongoing opportunities to grow; maintain their individual rights; engage with friends and family; be part of their own community; and build a life that reaches their fullest potential.

Be a part of building purposeful lives:

$25 will buy an individualized Holiday gift for one individual we serve

$100 will cover learning materials for a month of activities in our day program

$450 will provide an iPad for one of our Family Teaching Homes

$700 can send an entire home on an exciting day trip to a Bay Area venue (Monterey Aquarium, Great America, Disney Museum, professional performing arts event, etc.), including meals and transportation

$1150 will buy individualized Holiday gifts for each individual we serve

$5000 will equip our onsite clinic with an automated lift for safe transport of individuals in wheelchairs
