THE STORY:
Help create and nurture worker cooperatives in Baltimore and Maryland: every dollar you donate will go towards building the infrastructure to get democratic workplaces the funds they need to start and grow, and the training and technical assistance they need to grow.
We focus on building and supporting worker cooperatives in the communities locked out of the current economy, especially the communities of color sidelined by both economic inequality and structural racism. And via the Working World, our fiscal sponsor, we are a part of a nationwide financial cooperative and peer network developing similar initiatives across the country.
