Been There, Teach That! (BT3) is committed to the process of both nurturing community spirit and encouraging collaborative skills. It involves weaving together the passions, talents, insights, and experiences of a wide range of people who are committed to the common purpose of building the community from within. In doing so, individuals within a community will be taught business and entrepreneurial concepts and skills to recognize opportunities that others have overlooked, and to have the insight, self-esteem and knowledge to act where others have hesitated.
